Your tasks

• Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
• Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC.
• Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
• Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation.

Your profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL).
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).
• Proficiency in network administration.
• Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs).
• Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to MS Azure.
