Aufgaben

• Drive action with technical competence and strategic thinking to develop and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions
• Design and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines that integrate security scanning, compliance checks, and automated testing throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Handle the development of comprehensive containerization pathways, including Docker optimization, Kubernetes orchestration, and service mesh implementation
• Integrate security measures into development processes through automated vulnerability scans and the enforcement of security gates
• Providing data-driven insights for technology decisions in the infrastructure ecosystem
• Serve as primary technical in infrastructure organization forums, contributing to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps
• Collaborate with development teams, security, compliance, and business stakeholder groups to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Provide technical advice on DevSecOps best practices

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering
• DevSecOps Engineer (ECDE) or CAS Secure Software Design & Development certification (or similar) as an advantage
• Professional experience as a DevSecOps engineer in banking or consulting in bank projects of multinationals
• Understanding of cloud security concepts, vulnerability management, and secure configuration in cloud environments
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tool (preferably Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Ability to analyze IT environments from a top-down perspective
• Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams and promote security awareness
• Hands‑on mentality
• German and English
