coni+partner AG in Zurich is seeking an IT Audit specialist (m, f, d) for an international bank. You will plan and conduct IT audits focusing on IT security, internal controls, access rights, data migration and IT governance framework.

The role requires a CISA certification, knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT and NIST, plus experience in IT auditing at a bank or Big Four. Fluency in English and German is expected; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology or Engineering.
• CISA certification required; CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications are a plus.
• Professional IT auditing experience in an international bank or Big Four firm.
• Knowledge of IT processes and internal controls; familiarity with ISO 27001, COBIT and NIST.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, UNIX/Linux, databases, networks and cloud architecture.
• Ability to read scripting languages and knowledge of Swiss data protection law (FINMA).
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Prepare concise audit reports and present results to the Head of Internal Audit and Audit Committee.
• Develop IT audit methodology and enhance efficiency using data analysis and AI tools.

Tasks

• Independently plan and conduct IT audits to review IT security, internal controls, identification and access rights, implementations, data migration, and IT governance framework
• Assess the security and control environment of information systems as well as IT governance
• Providing a complementary view to the 1st- and 2nd-LoD assessments based on the ethics of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations
• Preparing concise audit reports and presenting and discussing the results with the Head of Internal Audit and, if necessary, with the Audit Committee, including collaborating on the development of the annual audit plan
• Collaborating on the further development of IT audit methodology and contributing to the enhancement of audit efficiency and effectiveness using and implementing data analysis and AI tools
• Supporting innovative development of IT processes within the banking group
• Occasional travel
• Situational ad hoc IT audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology or Engineering
• CISA certification required; CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications are a plus
• Professional experience in IT auditing at an international bank or as an IT auditor at a Big Four firm
• Knowledge of IT processes and internal controls at an international bank
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, UNIX/Linux, databases, networks, and cloud architecture
• Knowledge of how software is developed and ability to read scripting languages (code)
• Knowledge of Swiss data protection law and the implementation of FINMA circulars
• Analytical mindset, adept at working in a team and highly self-reliant
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget while remaining focused under time pressure
• Interest in ongoing, collaborative dialogue with stakeholders across the banking group
