coni + partner ag is seeking an IT audit specialist to conduct technology and cybersecurity audits in Zurich for a major international bank. The role covers risk assessment, control evaluation, and collaboration with the Audit department to strengthen controls and leverage modern tech.

Ideal candidates hold a CISA (or equivalent) and have banking audit experience, plus fluency in English and German. Travel as needed; professional development is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Informatics or Engineering.
• CISA certification and one of CISM, CRISC, CISSP or CCSP.
• Relevant professional experience in internal or external auditing at a bank.
• Knowledge of modern IT environments: cloud, AI, containers, microservices, data analysis, DevOps/CI/CD.
• Knowledge of internal control methods and risk assessment.
• Analytical and methodological skills with focus on weaknesses in controls.
• Team orientation and ability to build partnerships with senior business and control partners.
• Willing to travel.
• English and German skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute technology and cybersecurity audits per annual plan according to international standards.
• Plan and conduct IT audits and risk assessments, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Monitor IT landscape and identify emerging control issues.
• Report findings to Head of Audit and relevant managers.
• Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Leverage automation to improve efficiency and realize tech innovations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain independence.
• Pursue continuous professional development and stay updated on regulatory changes.
