Zusammenfassung

ASSEPRO is seeking an IT Application Manager for Occupational Pension (70-100%) in Switzerland with strong SP6/Abacus experience. You will support pension software, assist colleagues, and contribute to system enhancements while managing configurations and user rights.

Applicants should bring several years in pension tech support, solid SQL and Excel skills, and fluency in German. Apprenticeship as IT specialist or FH/University degree preferred. Zurich/Chur locations with modern benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in technical support of Swiss Pension SP6.
• Preferably experience with Abacus.
• Knowledge in occupational pensions is an advantage.
• Solid SQL knowledge and ability to create output documents.
• Excellent Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Very good German language skills.
• Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or university degree in IT/business informatics.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SP6, ELO, and Abacus.
• Support colleagues with system-related questions across departments.
• Maintain and develop software; introduce new packages as needed.
• Adjust configurations and manage user permissions.
• Handle document management and related workflows.
• Collaborate with external software partners on projects.
• Participate in digitisation and migration initiatives.
