Zusammenfassung

Job-Room in Baden sucht eine/n IT-Infrastruktur-Architekten (Vollzeit) zur Gestaltung und Umsetzung einer globalen Infrastruktur über Cloud, Netzwerk, Arbeitsplatz und Security. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem zentralen IT-Team zusammen, definieren Standards und treiben Governance voran.

Gewährleisten Sie Architektur- und Sicherheitskonformität, koordinieren Migrationen und unterstützen das Incident- und Verbesserungsmanagement während der Transition.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich o.ä.
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Systemintegration oder Migrationsprojekten.
• Kenntnisse in Cloud-Umgebungen (idealerweise Microsoft Azure) und Enterprise-Anwendungen.

Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen Design und Implementierung der Ziel-IT-Infrastruktur über Cloud, Netzwerk, Arbeitsplatz und Security.
• Sie arbeiten mit dem zentralen IT-Team zusammen, um Infrastruktur-Lösungen bereitzustellen und globale IT-Standards, Richtlinien und Betriebsmodelle zu definieren.
• Sie sichern Konformität mit Architekturleitlinien, Cybersecurity-Anforderungen und Governance.
• Sie koordinieren Migrationen von Anwendungen und IT-Diensten zur neuen Infrastruktur, inkl. Cut-Over-Strategie, Tests und Rollback.
• Sie übernehmen Ansprechpartner-Rolle zwischen Zentralteam und globalen Standorten über Regionen und Zeitzonen hinweg.

Your tasks:

You support the design and implementation of the target IT infrastructure across cloud, network, workplace and security layers. You work with the central IT team to deploy and configure infrastructure solutions and help define global IT standards, policies and operating models. You ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, cybersecurity requirements and internal governance. You coordinate and support the migration of applications and IT services to the new infrastructure, including cut-over strategy, testing and rollback procedures. You validate service continuity and system performance during transition phases and mitigate migration risks and dependencies. You act as the primary point of contact between the central IT team and global offices across regions and time zones. You gather business requirements and ensure they are translated into IT deliverables. You support incident resolution and troubleshooting during and after migration and drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration or migration projects Experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and enterprise applications Proven experience in multi-country or global IT environments Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components: cloud, network, identity and workplace Knowledge of migration methodologies and project coordination practices Strong communication skills bridging technical and business teams Programming skills are a plus
