Zusammenfassung

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an ISMS Implementation Lead to drive the rollout and ongoing enhancement of an ISO 27001–certified information security management system across multiple group companies in Switzerland.

The role is hands-on, focusing on risk assessments, audits, remediation, and governance improvements, with collaboration across IT, Legal, HR and Operations. Fluency in English is required; German at a basic level is welcome, and visa sponsorship is not available.

What does it take to build and scale an ISO 27001-certified Information Security Management System across multiple companies?

You roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

As an ISMS Implementation Lead (ISO 27001), you will take ownership of the implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of an Information Security Management System across multiple group companies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning governance, risk, and compliance requirements into practical business solutions. You'll work closely with IT, Legal, HR, and Operations, leading ISO 27001 initiatives from implementation through certification and beyond.

From conducting risk assessments and managing audits to driving remediation activities and strengthening security governance, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's security and compliance landscape.

We're particularly interested in professionals who have successfully introduced and implemented an ISMS and have been directly involved in ISO 27001 certification projects. Strong ownership, stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic approach are essential.

You don't need to have perfect German skills. Fluent English is required, while basic or beginner-level German is absolutely welcome. What matters most is your ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
