CSL Vifor is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Trial Technology (IRT) to lead strategy and implement innovative IRT solutions across programs. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 10+ years of clinical trial technology experience.
• Significant experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT).
• Experience collaborating with CROs and technology vendors.
• Knowledge of system validation regulations and guidance for IRT.
• Understanding of clinical supply management and the role of IRT in supporting distribution, dosing, accountability, and inventory management.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and share best practices.
• Experience overseeing external vendors and managing escalations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement IRT solutions across programs and study levels in collaboration with key functions to ensure data integrity and patient experience.
• Provide SME guidance to study teams on IRT strategy, design, and oversight including randomization methodologies and product supply management.
• Assess external partners and IRT solutions, driving continuous improvement and vendor governance.
• Create and maintain a training and communication framework for IRT adoption across programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support for regulatory submissions; align with CSL SOPs and inspection readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and advise cross-functional colleagues on IRT strategy and operational considerations.
