Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil, Switzerland, invites motivated students to join our PMO and support transformation projects. You will assist with planning, governance, and reporting using Jira and Power BI, gaining hands-on experience in a professional motorsport environment.

This internship offers mentorship, structured onboarding, and exposure to leadership reviews, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission

• Assisting with the delivery and governance of transformation projects and initiatives

Your profile

• Currently studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline
• Experience in Formula Student advantageous
• Strong interest in project management, business transformation, organisational performance, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Familiarity with project management tools, data analysis, Power BI, or Jira is advantageous
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast moving and dynamic environment
