Pictet Wealth Management in Geneva seeks an experienced internal communications specialist for a 9-month maternity cover. The role reports to the Head of Internal Communications and focuses on newsletters, intranet updates, and internal events across PWM offices in Switzerland and abroad.

The successful candidate will manage content, coordinate editors, and deliver high-quality communications with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ professional experience, including 18 months in a private bank and a communications team.
• Functionally bilingual in English and French.
• Strong writing and event coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to manage projects end-to-end.
• Autonomous team player with ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage the monthly business newsletter: compilation, design and distribution.
• Coordinate the editorial committee, invitations, reminders and meetings.
• Produce the newsletter content: headlines, teasers, design and distribution.
• Amplify reach via local ambassador network abroad and track analytics.
• Prepare stakeholder briefs and change communications plans; coordinate across departments.
