Une organisation de premier plan en santé et sécurité au travail recherche un Ingénieur sécurité au travail (H/F) pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Genève. Le rôle comprend la gestion de la conformité et des interventions sur site, contribuant ainsi à la sécurité des entreprises clientes en Suisse romande.

Leistungen

Travail à distance possible 1 jour par semaine

Contribution à l'assurance santé: CHF 120/mois

Qualifikationen

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en Suisse.
• Excellente connaissance des normes CFST et de la législation.
• Permis de conduire et flexibilité pour voyages.

Aufgaben

• Assurer la conformité des clients avec les réglementations suisses.
• Réaliser des analyses de risque et des audits de sécurité.
• Collaborer avec les autorités cantonales et fédérales.

Your mission

Within a team of experts in health, safety at work, and fire safety, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring clients' compliance with Swiss regulations (MSST, CFST, SUVA, etc.)
• Conducting risk analyses, safety audits, and developing prevention strategies
• Drafting action plans, procedures, and prevention documents
• Investigating accidents/incidents and proposing corrective measures
• Collaborating with cantonal and federal authorities (SUVA, SECO, cantonal inspections)
• On-site intervention mainly in Geneva and occasionally elsewhere in Swiss Romandy

Profile required

We are looking for candidates with:

• An engineering degree in safety CFST or an equivalent recognized in Switzerland
• Additional training: Safety officer CFST, MSST specialist, or similar
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of CFST standards, legislation, and processes
• Strong skills in risk assessment methods
• Solid project management skills
• A driving license and flexibility for travel
