Job summary

Equans Switzerland SA in Geneva seeks a CMMS Engineer (M/F) on a fixed-term 12-month contract to deploy, administer and improve our CMMS tools. You will bridge operations, users and suppliers to optimise processes and enhance business tools.

Responsibilities include deploying contracts, training teams, providing technical support, and developing Power BI dashboards. The role is based at our Geneva site with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in technical/IT field.
• Significant CMMS implementation, deployment or admin experience.
• Strong Excel skills and DB knowledge.
• Experience creating and improving Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with IT tools and information systems.

• Deploy contracts by implementing management, monitoring and reporting tools.

• Provide technical and functional user support.
• Install and monitor patches/updates of CMMS with vendor.
• Ensure operational reporting and compliance with procedures.
• Participate in modernization and improvement of tools.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reporting, especially Power BI.
• Contribute to improving costing, activity tracking, and sales tools.

Reporting to the Deputy Maintenance Director, you play a key role in the deployment, administration and continuous improvement of our maintenance management tools. As a true interface between operational teams, users and suppliers, you contribute to the optimisation of our processes and the development of our business tools.

• Participate in taking charge of new contracts and support their integration into our systems.
• Deploy sold contracts by implementing management, monitoring and reporting tools within our CMMS solution.
• Train and support operational teams in the use of the tools.
• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Install and monitor patches and updates of the CMMS tool in collaboration with the software provider.
• Ensure operational reporting and compliance with internal procedures.
• Participate in the modernisation and continuous improvement of management and control tools.
• Develop and optimise dashboards and reporting tools, notably using Power BI.
• Contribute to the improvement of business tools such as costing, activity tracking and sales tools.

What characterises you.

• Higher education degree such as Engineer, Bachelor or equivalent in a technical or IT field.
• Significant experience in the implementation, deployment or administration of a CMMS solution.
• Good knowledge of databases and excellent Excel skills.
• Experience in creating and improving Power BI dashboards.
• Comfortable with IT tools and information systems.
