Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil, Switzerland, invites applications for an Infrastructure Technician. You will work in trackside facilities, supporting maintenance, servicing, and logistics while helping integrate new equipment and upgrading pit infrastructure.

Required are 2–5 years in motorsport infrastructure, electrical qualifications, and CAD/CATIA/SolidWorks proficiency. You must travel to events, handle hands-on tasks, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience as an infrastructure technician in motorsport, F1 preferred.
• Electrical qualifications or strong knowledge of electrical installations; CAD/CATIA/Solidworks experience.
• Willing to travel to events and perform hands-on tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, and attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English.

Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

• Strong all-round technician with good problem-solving and fabrication skills, consistently working in a clean and orderly fashion to ensure high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a team, and always ready to help and support fellow team members home and away.
• Self-motivated, confident to complete tasks alone, with great attention to detail, and a strong commitment to a "zero mistake" culture.
• Fluent in English.
