This role is onsite and permanent, start ASAP with a deadline for applications on Oct 2, 2026.

• Strong international expertise in industrialisation and manufacturing of complex products.

• Lead end-to-end execution of industrialisation projects from development to commercial launch.
• Drive project plans, governance, budgets, milestones and technical reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to remove obstacles and accelerate execution.
• Transform product complexity into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions improving efficiency and reliability.
• Manage technical, operational and supply risks to ensure smooth product introductions.
