You own the engineering design from concept through implementation, developing system concepts, layouts, and technical requirements for refrigeration plants, and you will provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship or technical degree.
• Project management experience or strong coordination skills.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems (NH₃, CO₂, Freon) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Clear and confident communication across all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to take full ownership of engineering design from concept to implementation.
• Capable of evaluating components, sizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards
• Languages: French required; English/German an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables from project initiation to close-out.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and translate customer needs into project plans and solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage procurement activities, including material selection, ordering, and cost tracking.
• Develop system concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for industrial refrigeration plants.
• Prepare engineering calculations, schematics, and component specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Provide technical support to service department during installation and commissioning.
