Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in private markets, fundraising, investor relations and impact investing.
• Initial practical experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, research and organizational skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in technology and AI applications.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising initiatives across different investment strategies and throughout the full fundraising cycle.
• Research and identify prospective investors across asset classes, strategies and geographies.
• Support with investor outreach, pipeline management and CRM maintenance.
• Assist with DDQs, RFPs and other investor due diligence requests.
• Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials and management reports.
• Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support key projects to improve fundraising processes and explore AI-driven solutions across the investor journey.
• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Investments, Product Management, Executive Management and the CEO.
