You will design, implement, and optimize WAF/IDP solutions, integrate SSO/MFA, and collaborate with SOC and developers to ensure secure, reliable services while handling on-call support when required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Several years hands-on experience with enterprise WAF solutions.
• Solid experience with Access Management and IDP technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP and authentication protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis and modern web technologies such as REST APIs and JSON.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Customer-focused team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.

Aufgaben

• Configure, maintain and optimize WAF rule engines and security policies.
• Design, implement and configure Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Identity Provider (IDP) solutions
• Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA and federated identity solutions (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect) into the Web Access Management (WAM) infrastructure.
• Analyse security logs, identify attack patterns, reduce false positives and support the resolution of security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with service and change management processes.
• Perform upgrades, patching and performance optimization in high-availability environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, application managers, the Security Operations Center (SOC) and external partners to ensure secure and reliable services.

Your responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize WAF rule engines and security policies.
• Design, implement and configure Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Identity Provider (IDP) solutions
• Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and federated identity solutions (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect) into the Web Access Management (WAM) infrastructure.
• Analyse security logs, identify attack patterns, reduce false positives and support the resolution of security incidents.

• Perform upgrades, patching and performance optimization in high-availability environments.
