Zusammenfassung

EPFL's Integrated Computing Platform (ICP) seeks a System Engineer to design, deliver, and evolve our service portfolio, focusing on sensitive data requirements. You will work closely with researchers and IT teams to implement trusted infrastructure, automation, and secure, scalable services.

The role welcomes both experienced professionals and new graduates, with a strong emphasis on collaboration in a multicultural research environment. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Linux in production environments.
• Strong team player with proactive mindset.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Contribute to design, implementation and support of a Trusted Research Environment infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve service offerings.
• Design and deploy new services aligned with research needs.
• Collaborate with IT and end users for high-quality service delivery.
• Automate and modernize infrastructure and workflows.
• Ensure reliability, scalability and security of platform services.
