IC Resources is seeking an IC Test Engineer for a Swiss-based development team. The role focuses on developing and validating ASIC production test solutions, working closely with architecture, design, verification, validation and qualification groups.

Key responsibilities include contributing to ASIC production test concepts, developing and debugging tester programs, supporting bring-up and production test, analyzing test results (CPK and statistics) with design teams, and maintaining test

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 2+ years of ASIC production test experience
• 2+ years of C/C++ programming for semiconductor testers
• Strong test-program development and debugging experience
• Experience with analogue components (ADCs, DACs, op-amps, LDOs)
• Lab equipment experience: oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs
• English required; French or German desirable

Aufgaben

• Contribute to ASIC production test concepts and specifications
• Develop, verify, and validate semiconductor tester programs
• Support ASIC bring-up, debugging, and production test implementation
• Analyse test results including CPK and statistics with design teams
• Debug and maintain test hardware and equipment
• Interface with tester suppliers/providers
• Set up, maintain and document test equipment and processes
