Job summary

SIX in Zürich seeks an experienced Senior IAM Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to translate business, risk and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria. You will own stakeholder alignment and shape scalable IAM concepts for workforce, cloud services, and AI agents.

You will develop SailPoint IdentityIQ designs, analyze IAM data to identify gaps, and act as a bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team to drive adoption of sustainable IAM

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Consultant in IAM.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IIQ/ISC and understanding of systems/architecture.
• Experience in requirements engineering, process modelling and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong data skills including SQL and BI tools; Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, risk and regulatory needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Shape and evolve IAM capabilities and governance models across workforce IAM, cloud services, non-human identities including AI agents and PBAC.
• Develop solution designs for SailPoint IdentityIQ by assessing platform capabilities, defining workflows and data flows.
• Analyze IAM data to identify trends, root causes, control gaps and automation opportunities, and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team, supporting prioritisation, implementation, testing, rollout and adoption of sustainable IAM solutions.
