Bühler Gruppe is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to shape our identity and access management capability across global operations. You will define architectural standards, influence strategic direction, and build scalable, secure identity services aligning with business needs.

In this role you will collaborate with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, and external partners to drive secure-by-design IAM solutions and address identity-related risks in a complex enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with IAM and Identity Governance platforms.

Aufgaben

• Design, govern, and evolve IAM architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Define IAM standards, policies, and architecture principles for authentication, authorization, federation, PAM, and governance.
• Design secure identity concepts for employees, partners, service accounts, APIs, and privileged users with regulatory compliance.
