Indosuez Wealth Management is seeking a seasoned architect to bridge business needs and IT implementation in a hybrid environment blending Mainframe/Cobol and Java applications. You will shape functional and technical specifications, define target solutions, and assess impacts across Cobol and Java components.

Collaboration with teams in Portugal and Singapore will be essential, with the role based in Geneva and/or Lausanne.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in a complex banking environment with solution design and architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable architectures.
• Experience with Java ecosystem and hybrid application landscapes.
• Strong coordination across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and define functional and technical specifications with emphasis on architecture impacts.
• Gather, challenge, and formalise business requirements focused on solution design.
• Define target solutions, application flows, interfaces, and data impacts.
• Assess impact of new requirements on Cobol and Java components.
• Collaborate with development teams in Portugal and other stakeholders for robust designs.
• Support testing phases (integration testing and UAT) and resolve defects from a design perspective.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of processes.
