Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Senior Accountant (f/m/d) to join our team on a 20-hour/week basis. You will handle day-to-day accounting, monthly and annual closings, and work closely with the Shared Service Center in a hybrid setup.

The role requires several years of accounting experience, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and strong German and English skills. A certified accountant qualification is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of accounting experience; experience in trading/commercial environment is a plus.
• Certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong numerical skills and interest in controlling topics.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day accounting and monthly/annual closings in close collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
• Prepare tax filings and declarations (VAT, corporate taxes, withholding taxes).
• Execute group consolidation.
• Prepare and analyze internal reporting.
• Support budgeting process.
• Maintain internal control system.
• Support HR topics like contract management, master data maintenance and payroll (externally).
• Continuously optimize financial processes.
