Siemens Mobility in Switzerland is seeking an Incident & Vulnerability Coordinator to join the Cybersecurity Business Support Team within SI B Cybersecurity Unit. The role centers on improving incident response and vulnerability management while translating complex security information into clear, actionable language for stakeholders.

You will own the incident response plan, coordinate across product and engineering teams, report findings to internal stakeholders, drive lessons learned, and help

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.
• 5–10 years of incident response and vulnerability management experience.
• Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanners.
• Fluent English; ability to explain security topics to non-technical audiences.

• Incident management: Own and maintain the incident response plan.
• Coordination: Primary contact during incidents and vulnerability activities.
• Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed and bridge between teams.
• Reporting: Produce clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
• Process improvement: Lead lessons-learned and update playbooks.
• Training and awareness: Develop and deliver security training.
