Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx AG is seeking an experienced Front Arena developer to build and support its Front Arena, interfaces and tools. You will work closely with trading, middle office and risk users, balancing development with platform performance and user support.

You will maintain and tune Front Arena landscapes, including ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH and TAPS, while collaborating with traders and tech teams. A SAFe agile environment is used, with two home office days weekly.

Qualifikationen

• At least eight years of Front Arena development experience with Python, AEL and ACM; ADFL is an advantage.
• Deep hands on experience maintaining and configuring Front Arena landscapes and tuning ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH, TAPS and MS SQL environments.
• Knowledge of structured products issuance, trading and lifecycle processes, and experience working directly with traders on a trading floor.
• A background in science, technology or engineering, strong analytical ability and calm prioritisation under pressure.
• Excellent service mindset and clear written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on call/according to shift pattern.
• Two home office days per week.
• Initial 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Direct exposure to trading, middle office and risk teams.
• A technically varied role spanning development, platform engineering and user support.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance Front Arena, its interfaces and supporting tools; capture requirements, plan, implement and test changes in a SAFe agile environment.
• Maintain and configure the platform landscape, with a focus on performance, stability and reliable operations.
• Support trading, middle office and risk users directly, including complex issues that require investigation and prioritisation.
• Explore practical improvements to the platform and work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
