Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our HR Transformation Team in Switzerland, combining SuccessFactors expertise with broader HR transformation capabilities. You will lead complex client engagements, support business development and shape how AI and digital agents add value to HR.

Whether your focus is Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management or Talent solutions, you will work with leading organizations across industries to grow our practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology transformations.
• Ability to lead complex client engagements and mentor teams.
• Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformation programs for national and international clients.
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology and workforce transformation topics.
• Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across one or more modules.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and contribute to successful delivery of complex engagements.
• Support business development activities, client pursuits, proposal development and RFP responses.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital agents can enhance HR processes.
