The ideal candidate will have training in Human Resources, experience in a similar HR function, ideally within gastronomy, and strong communication skills in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Support of approximately 100 employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle
• Contact person for employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues
• Ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes within the team
• Planning and conducting application, entry, probationary, development, and annual interviews
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract signing
• Ensuring a positive Employee Experience and professional On- and Offboarding
• Supporting managers in personnel planning and development
• Building, maintaining, and further developing an HR tool and HR processes
• Creating and maintaining HR documents, references, and personnel files

Requirements

• Education or further training in Human Resources
• Professional experience in a comparable HR function (ideally in gastronomy)
• Experience in recruiting
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy
• Very good German skills and good English skills
