Now Meditation GmbH in Zürich is seeking a HIIT Strength & Cardio COACH to lead high-energy NOW classes, ensuring a consistent schedule (minimum six sessions per week) and delivering sessions aligned with studio programming to create a cohesive experience each time.

You will learn from leadership teams, interact with clients and the wider fitness community, and embody the NOW brand in and out of the studio.

HIIT Strength & Cardio COACH

What you will do

• a consistent coaching schedule (minimum 6 classes/week), with opportunities to increase class count as you grow
• Deliver NOW classes that follow studio programming and create a cohesive experience every time
• Learn new techniques and best practices from our leadership teams
• Interact with clients and the broader fitness community, building genuine client relationships that grow your classes and strengthen the studio
• Embody the NOW brand and culture in and out of the studio
• Show up for the brand beyond the studio floor - from support of marketing campaigns in studio to a consistent presence on social media (in particular instagram)
• Create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities

Bring it every session - our classes are music-driven, high-energy, and combine strength training with running/walking with incline on Woodway treadmills

What we need from you

• A genuine love for fitness, health, and the NOW workout - optimism and hard work are non-negotiable
• A passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• An outgoing, magnetic personality with a natural drive to build community
• A team-first mindset - positive, coachable, and open to feedback
• Reliability and professionalism, every single time
• The confidence to command a room - mic in hand, music loud, energy through the roof

No prior group fitness experience required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Availability requirements

• A minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri)
• Ability to coach a minimum of six classes, ~nine hours per week
• One full weekend day per week
• Availability to coach a minimum of three public holidays per year: one summer ( 1st, Knabenschiessen); one winter (Christmas Day, New Year's Day); one pre/post (Christmas , New Year's )
