You will drive requirement gathering, manage vendors, and coordinate testing and releases, while ensuring quality and alignment with business goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or comparable education.
• Experience in gathering and specifying requirements (Product Owner, Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer).
• Strong project management skills; experience with external IT service providers.
• Experience in testing and approvals of custom software; release management preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness.
• German fluency; English considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• accompany departments in requirements gathering and specify requirements (user stories, use cases, process models).
• manage demand management, evaluate/prioritize requirements, ensure clean handover to implementation.
• oversee project and supplier management from commissioning to governance and contracts.
• represent technical interests to suppliers and support internalization of external development services.
• coordinate tests/approvals and support quality assurance across the delivery process.
• manage internal stakeholders and collaborate with release management for reliable results.
