Job summary

santéservices sa is a modern service delivery organization active in the Swiss healthcare system. We focus on vocational training in health and social insurance and seek a Specialist in Vocational Training 80-90% to join Lausanne/Solothurn teams.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver training offerings and exams, ensure quality and practical orientation, and contribute to marketing and digital learning initiatives, including AI-enabled methods.

Qualifications

• Have completed initial training in business or equivalent.
• Have professional experience in the Swiss health insurance, social, or private sector and understand their structures and issues.
• Have completed initial or continuing education in vocational training or adult education, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Know the field of training in Switzerland and ideally have experience in development and implementation of training or exams.
• Are passionate about modern training and enjoy developing offerings and implementing new ideas.
• Are comfortable with the digital field and interested in innovative learning forms and use of AI in training.
• Work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, managing multiple tasks in parallel.
• Fluent in French with very good German; ideally proficient in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to shaping the future of vocational training in health insurance and social insurance.
• Bring innovative pedagogical ideas for developing existing training programs and continuing education offerings.
• Plan, coordinate and accompany training offerings as well as professional exams and higher professional exams; act as a trainer.
• Ensure the quality and practical orientation of training offerings and exams and continuously develop them.
• Promote training offerings and contribute creative ideas in marketing, communication and social media.
• Collaborate closely with trainers, exam experts, training partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify trends and developments in the field of training and provide impulses for modern learning and exam formats.
