Spitex Stadt Winterthur is seeking a Health Specialist (40-50%) to provide care and primary nursing for clients in the Winterthur area. The role includes initiating nursing measures and collaborating with case managers to ensure high-quality care.

You hold a Health Specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience, work independently, and are proficient with MS Office and RAI-HC. A bicycle and driver's license are required for community visits.

The area of aging and care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers. For Spitex Stadt Winterthur, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Care and primary nursing of our clients
• Initiating nursing measures and evaluating them in collaboration with case managers
• Maintaining nursing documentation and recording services
• Participating in the implementation of quality standards and nursing development

Your Profile

• Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience
• Independent and responsible working style
• Proficient in IT programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)
• Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driver's license
