BVZ Holding, the parent of Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and partners, seeks a Head of Supply Chain Management for the Rolling Stock & Traction division. You lead a 17-employee SCM team, shape procurement, demand planning, logistics, and supplier strategies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

Several years of leadership experience in supply chain management.
Experience in supplier management and contract law.
Higher business or technical education, plus purchasing/SCM/logistics training.
Strong understanding of material, goods, and information flows and digitalisation.
Proactive, initiative-driven, entrepreneurial thinking.

Aufgaben

Lead the strategic development of the Supply Chain Management department (17 staff and trainees).
Oversee holistic control of the supply chain from demand planning to logistics and disposal.
Develop and implement procurement and supplier strategies for the BVZ/MGBahn group.
Optimize material flows with high availability and cost efficiency.
Participate in management teams and cross-functional expert groups.
