Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced engineering leader to join the unit management team as deputy for related functional areas. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, shape departmental strategy, and oversee project execution and tendering with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to delivering engineering systems within budget and quality standards, with emphasis on continuous improvement and HSE

Qualifikationen

• Several years of engineering experience, including plant engineering and project execution.
• Experience managing diverse organizational functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary leadership.
• Define and implement departmental strategy and represent engineering externally.
• Support project execution and tendering activities with active team participation.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems, components and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs and resource allocation; take corrective actions as needed.
• Drive employee development through hiring, coaching, mentoring and training.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
