Everllence PrimeServ in Zurich-West is seeking a senior leader to guide the development of large‑scale heat pump technologies and industrialization efforts. You will lead a team of engineers, act as a technical advisor, and drive cross‑functional programs across product management, manufacturing and procurement to ensure competitive, scalable, and cost‑efficient solutions for district heating.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education, preferably in plant engineering, system engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in development organizations, preferably in heat pumps and plant engineering.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of development engineers with strong technical expertise and autonomy.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for the team in development of large-scale heat pump solutions.
• Own technical development and industrialization of large-scale heat pump portfolio, drive modularization, platform strategies, and industrialization readiness.
• Define and drive the R&D roadmap for district heating heat pump solutions; translate strategy into actionable development programs.
• Drive cross-site and cross-product development projects with interfaces to product management, manufacturing, procurement and other units.
• Plan, budget, and steer development projects across the portfolio; manage priorities, resources, risks, and decisions.
