The World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO is seeking an experienced leader to guide the Innovation Impact Division within the IP for Innovators Department. The role focuses on technology transfer, IP analytics, and IP commercialization, aligning with WIPO's strategic priorities and expanding support to member states and innovators.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in management, business or related field.
• At least fifteen years of IP/innovation experience.
• Seven years managerial experience at senior level.
• Experience in two of: technology transfer; IP analytics.
• Experience in international environment.
• Excellent English; knowledge of other UN languages.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for technology transfer, IP analytics and IP commercialization.
• Coordinate programs across IPID and aligned with WIPO's strategic goals.
• Direct the division's work plan, manage resources and results-based delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to scale services and foster collaboration.
• Engage with WIPO Member States and stakeholders at high levels.
• Develop strategies, programs and partnerships to expand reach.
• Perform other related duties as required.
