Your Role

• Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a talented team of HR Business Partners in Basel, coaching them to unlock their full potential as strategic partners to the business.
• Harmonizing HR Standards: Drive the harmonization of HR standards in Switzerland to create consistency and best practices across the different sites, aligning with local and global HR objectives.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, partnering on high level initiatives and translating organizational needs into HR solutions while respecting the autonomy of the HRBPs.
• Legal and Compliance Support: Provide guidance on Swiss labor law and handling legal matters with professionalism and ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• People‑Centric Initiatives: Lead and support key business initiatives from a people perspective, ensuring local HR strategies align with business objectives.
