Jobup is seeking a Head of Group Controlling for the Business Unit BKW Engineering in Bern. The role leads the central controlling team, coordinates planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for BKW Engineering DACH, and analyzes financial/operational performance to drive action.

Collaborating closely with the Finance Director, you will advance financial management, develop KPIs and controlling processes, and guide IFRS compliance and ICS enhancements.
