About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Advise Head of Finance GSC, CSCO, and site leaders to boost profitability and efficiency

Standardize controlling processes, KPIs and reports; lead monthly reviews and variance analysis

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost targets for manufacturing and supply chain

Track cost variances, ensure COGS transparency, and drive cost-saving initiatives

Lead central controlling team and guide GBS controllers

Provide financial analysis for CAPEX decisions and post-investment reviews

Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Operations on strategic decisions

Lead reporting automation and AI-driven financial improvement projects

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred

8+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position, preferably in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment

Extensive knowledge of core controlling metrics along accounting, reporting, analysis, planning, and performance management on N-2 level

Persistence and drive, with a talent for solving problems through innovative thinking and continuous improvement

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

Excellent communication skills in English
