In this role, you will
  • Oversee consistent and efficient financial reporting : Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards (Swiss OR) and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards.
  • Define and communicate insights & actions : Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance.
  • Develop and own business forecasts : Produce accurate bottom‑up forecasts, aligned with Sanoptis’ financial targets and business strategy. Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans which address challenges & identify opportunities.
  • Manage treasury and liquidity : Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Swiss entities, working closely with Sanoptis’ Group Treasury team.
  • Build a high‑performing team & manage external stakeholders : Manage a small in‑house team, comprising accounting and controlling. Build and oversee relationships with a range of collaborators, including external accountants, local operations teams, Sanoptis’ shareholding doctors, and banks.
You will closely work with
  • Your Switzerland Finance team consisting of two Controllers and two Accountants
  • The Head of Switzerland (direct report) and CFO (dotted line)
  • The Switzerland Operations team, who steer the activities of our 12 hubs
  • External stakeholders, including accountants to the operating hubs
  • Sanoptis Group Finance team, which sets standards and provides guidance
Your profile includes

A CPA qualification is considered an asset.

  • Extensive work experience in progressive finance roles, including within Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in a fast‑paced environment, such as a PE‑backed buy‑and‑build company.
  • Direct experience in the production or audit of financial statements.
  • A history of full ownership over financial activities and a decisive approach to problem‑solving.
  • The ability to create, present, and communicate business and financial analysis at the executive level.
  • Proven experience recruiting and managing a team of at least two direct reports.
  • Excellent German skills (Level C2) and very good English skills (Level B2 and above).
