Selmoni Ingenieur AG in Münchenstein sucht eine/n Leiter/in Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf zentrale Hochspannungsanlagen. Sie führen ein Team von ca. 10–15 Projektleitern, Designern und Technikern und verantworten die fachliche Entwicklung der Unit.

Sie gewinnen neue Projekte, pflegen Kundenbeziehungen und steuern technische, terminliche und wirtschaftliche Abläufe anspruchsvoller HV-Projekte. Sie arbeiten eng mit PM, Einkauf und externen Partnern zusammen.

Qualifikationen

• Fachhochschulabschluss oder ETH in Elektrotechnik.
• Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung in Zentral- HV-Systemen.
• Kenntnisse in Normen (NIN, EN, IEC) und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Aufgaben

• Leitung der Abteilung Elektrotechnik mit Fokus auf zentrale Hochspannungssysteme.
• Führung eines Teams von ca. 10–15 Projektleitern, Designern und Technikern.

Your impact in this role

You lead the electrical engineering department with a focus on central high-voltage systems both technically and in terms of personnel. You manage a team of around ten to fifteen project managers, designers, and technicians. You also support trainees and promote the further development of the entire unit.

You acquire new project contracts, maintain existing customer relationships, and convince through competent consulting from the concept phase to the commissioning of demanding systems.

You purposefully manage the technical, scheduling, and economic implementation of complex high-voltage projects. Low-voltage and medium-voltage distributions, power supplies, backup power systems, and uninterruptible power supplies are part of your central area of work. You create or review specifications, tender documents, and performance specifications, evaluate offers, and contribute to works and engineering contracts.

You reliably ensure compliance with standards, quality, and safety standards and work closely with project management, execution, purchasing, and external partners.

You strategically develop the specialist area, expand our engineering competencies, and manage budgets, resources, and key figures. Based on this, you develop well-founded proposals for optimizations and efficiency increases. In addition to leading the department, you take on your own projects and lead them to success with your team or across departments.

You bring an electrical engineering degree from a university of applied sciences or ETH - or a comparable qualification - as well as several years of leadership experience in central high-voltage systems and power distributions, which provide the technical foundations needed for this demanding task.

You apply relevant standards such as NIN, EN, and IEC as well as all electrical safety regulations safely and responsibly.

You lead people with clarity and motivation, can build, lead, and develop teams, and approach conflicts constructively.
