Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise Data & Analytics function, transforming data into a trusted, scalable asset. You will own the data platform, governance, and analytics enablement, partnering with business domains to deliver trusted insights and measurable outcomes.

Leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI, you will drive governance and scalable growth across the organization.

• Experience defining and executing an enterprise data strategy and operating model.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and evangelize a data-driven culture.
• Proven governance, data quality, and cross-domain collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operating Model: Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, target operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities, aligned with business and technology objectives
• Data Products & Analytics Delivery: Lead delivery of curated data models, reusable data products, dashboards, and analytics services
• Enterprise Data Platform: Own the shared data platform, architecture, ingestion and processing patterns, engineering standards, reliability, security, and cost management
• Governance & Trust: Establish and maintain enterprise standards for data quality, ownership, access, lineage, cataloging, lifecycle, compliance, and controls
• Domain Partnership & Enablement: Apply tiered engagement to meet business domains at their level of capability, maturity, and risk
• Leadership & Transformation: Build and lead a global team across data architecture, platform engineering, data management, analytics delivery, and enablement
