Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CQV, CSV, and small‑device specialists, including hiring and qualification.
Define and implement the CQV/CSV strategy for Advanced Synthesis Conjugates facilities in alignment with the Lonza Visp site.
Provide CQV/CSV expertise for equipment, utilities, clean rooms, and small devices, acting as the interface between engineering and operations.
Make strategic decisions on CQV/CSV standards and approaches during project engineering phases.
Ensure quality and compliance in commissioning, qualification, validation, and support GMP risk assessments.
Serve as SME for designated areas, support audits and inspections, and contribute to CQV standards development.
Manage resources, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong communication and collaboration across Manufacturing, QA, QC, Support Functions, and Engineering.
Proven leader in CQV/CSV within biopharma or advanced synthesis environments.
Strong background in cGMPs.
Proficient knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
Proven leadership skills with a strong team orientation.
Outstanding communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
Agile, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
Proficient in German with strong English communication skills.
