Zusammenfassung

HYDRO Exploitation SA in Martigny seeks a Head of the Central Workshops Unit to lead a team of about 50 employees. You will manage operations, technical and human resources, and ensure service delivery within quality, cost and deadline targets set with partners.

In this role, you define annual budgets, optimise resource use, drive process improvements, modernise infrastructure, and develop the organisation’s workshops into a reference in the hydroelectric sector.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification, ideally with management training.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing industrial activities.
• Leadership, organisational skills, and ability to drive change.
• Strategic vision with strong results orientation.
• Good command of ERP tools and planning/resource management processes.
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language.

• Ensure the operational, technical, and human management of the unit and its teams.
• Define the objectives, budget, and performance indicators of the unit.
• Plan and manage activities to guarantee the quality, costs, and deadlines of services.
• Develop services and contribute to the growth of the activity portfolio.
• Manage investments, infrastructure modernisation, and process digitalisation.
• Develop employees’ skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
