Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, seeks a strategic AI leader to turn analytics into measurable business value. You will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI and build high-performing teams delivering real impact.

Lead Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists; shape the Analytics & AI roadmap; partner with stakeholders to deploy scalable AI platforms and responsible AI practices across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics, including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive change, and collaborate across global teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or other industrial environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead & Inspire a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Shape AI Strategy by identifying high-value opportunities, defining the Analytics & AI roadmap, and driving responsible AI adoption across the business.
• Partner with Stakeholders across business and technology functions to transform challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.
• Drive AI Solutions & Platforms by leading the development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps capabilities.
• Provide Technical Leadership through hands‑on guidance, architectural oversight, and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, and modern technologies.
