Job summary

Two.jobs GmbH is seeking a Professional Assistant (70%, fixed-term) in Winterthur. You will advise and represent clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters, while building durable client relationships and collaborating with other agencies.

This maternity cover role involves drafting reports and coordinating with the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) and a finance/administration colleague.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or Law, ideally with CAS in Child and Adult Protection Law.
• Solid professional experience in social work.
• Experience in difficult counseling situations and in mandate management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advising and representing clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters.
• Building sustainable relationships with clients, involving their environment.
• Collaborating with other specialist agencies.
• Writing reports and applications to the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB).
• Working in tandem with a commercial employee in the accounting and administrative area.

Skills

Experience in difficult counseling

Knowledge of social insurance law

Responsibility with large scope of act
