Qualifikationen

• Completed qualification as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications.
• Trainer qualification is an advantage.
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods.

• Independent, structured and responsible working style.

Aufgaben

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children.
• Designing a daily routine oriented to the children’s ages and interests.
• Observation and developmental documentation using portfolios.
• Supervising apprentices in the group.
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families.
• Organising and conducting excursions and parent activities.
• Active participation in team meetings.
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere.
