Corintis, based in Lausanne, is seeking an Information Security Officer to collaborate with the Head of IT Security & Compliance to shape and execute the company’s information security program. This on-site role focuses on governance, risk, and compliance across the organization.

You will implement security controls, manage KPIs, and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR while fostering a proactive security culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in information security with a GRC focus.
• Experience in risk assessments, mitigations, and improving security posture.
• Hands-on with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, CIS Controls v8.1 and GDPR.

• Governance: define and execute the information security program.
• Risk management: perform risk assessments and gap analyses; report trends to leadership.
• Compliance: monitor ISMS; ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Training and awareness: promote security culture and run awareness initiatives.
