IMC is seeking a Graduate Quantitative Researcher to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment in Zug, Switzerland. You will research and test data-driven trading ideas, analyze large datasets, and build models and signals to support live strategy development from early in your career.

You will collaborate with experienced researchers and developers, work with cutting-edge data and HPC infrastructure, and learn to evaluate trading opportunities with a focus on performance, scalability, and risk.

Formación

• Final-year student or recent graduate in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly.
• Programming experience, ideally in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, crypto, or DeFi.
• Comfortable working with data and applying quantitative methods to real-world problems.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research and test data-driven trading ideas.
• Analyse large and complex datasets from exchanges, DeFi protocols, and financial markets.
• Build, test, and improve models, signals, and algorithms for trading strategies.
• Work with IMC’s data, software, and high-performance computing infrastructure.
