Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist Process Excellence Compliance to manage Quality Events and contribute to inspection readiness and regulatory audits. The role requires GMP compliance expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration across Life Sciences functions.

The candidate will author GMP documentation, drive CAPAs, change controls, and deviations, and support risk assessments and KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of GMP compliance experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
• Experience with Health Authority inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own quality Event and associated actions (CAPAs, Change Controls, complaints and deviations).
• Author and maintain GMP documentation and ensure timely approvals in electronic systems.
• Contribute to inspection readiness and regulatory audits.
• Support root cause analysis and risk evaluations.
• Drive local continuous improvement and site initiatives.
• Participate in compliance boards and forums.
