Google is seeking a Sustainable Journeys Program Manager for Google Search in Zürich. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering and business development to scale sustainability initiatives globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, partner operations or business operations within a technology environment, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional software development initiatives from conception through global launch.
• Experience with partner integrations, managing third-party platform development, and external technical dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end planning and global scaling of sustainable journeys programs including contrails avoidance and related initiatives.
• Partner with product, engineering, business development and external partners to deliver projects and integrate third-party platforms.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps and milestones.
• Manage lifecycles across distributed teams, unblock challenges, track dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Drive operational excellence, quarterly planning, budget tracking, and cross-product collaboration using AI tools to accelerate delivery.
